Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 5 plus years of specific experience.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree
Ability to climb stairs/steps and/or stand a minimum of eight hours.

Responsibilities

Develops and delivers Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and on-the-job training for manufacturing roles, facilitating team member qualifications to optimize performance and ensure compliance with company guidelines and report training status and completion on a monthly basis.
Designs training content inclusive of pictures, charts, graphics, and videos using Microsoft Suite Applications, Rise 360, SwipeGuide, etc.
Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and department leaders to ensure understanding of training and effective transfer of knowledge and skills.
Coordinates the Train-the-Trainer programs utilizing SME’s or Safety Manager as directed by plant location.
Maintains and updates plant-specific documentation library consisting of reference materials, videos, publications, photos, etc.
Takes appropriate action when violations to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) occur or when Process Controls suggestions are made.
Other duties as assigned.
