Jabil is seeking a Document Control Clerk to work in our site in Richardson, TX. How will you make an impact? As a Document Control Clerk with Jabil, you will provide support to our Quality Management System department that is related to document control, while also working with testing, documentation and calibration records. You will also ensure timely identification, recording and distribution of all documentation for ease of manufacturing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience working in Administrative/Office Support or Document Control or Records Management required.
  • Strong Communication Skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong organization skills, as well as attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to follow strict procedures is required.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ESD and calibration processes is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set-up and maintain all files in accordance with the document control operating procedures.
  • Review all documents (incoming/outgoing) for accuracy and completeness according to the applicable instructions provided.
  • Distribute all documentation per master documentation list.
  • Update assembly revision status as necessary.
  • Assure that only quality, legible copies of documentation are distributed.
  • Interface with the Document Control Supervisor as needed and promptly report any problems and/or performance affecting conditions.
  • Interface with all departments as required to efficiently expedite all documentation requirements.
  • Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
  • Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
  • Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
  • Support the Quality Systems department with ESD validations/records, and Calibration records.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
