Ice River Sustainable Solutions is hosting an Indeed Virtual Hiring Event for full-time manufacturing opportunities at our Feversham and Shelburne, Ontario facilities. Requirements
- Reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Production or manufacturing
- Experience in Forklift or material handling
- Experience in Plastics extrusion or machine operation
- Experience in Food, beverage, plastics, recycling, or packaging environments
- Experience in Team lead, lead hand, or production leadership roles
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights depending on the role
