As an automation technician, you’ll be part of our team located in Hesston, KS. You’ll get to program new weld jobs on robotic weld cells, make program adjustments to automated fabrication equipment, develop maintenance programs and perform or oversee preventative maintenance schedules, troubleshoot problems with programs/equipment, work closely with maintenance and equipment vendors as needed, monitor for corrective action to downtime impacts, perform data driven projects and any other duties as directed by Supervisor, and monitor machine efficiencies weekly. You will also be responsible for nesting jobs for lasers and programming for press brakes. You always strive to do a good job and care about quality at every level.
