JOB SUMMARY: Under supervision, support all Departments through the troubleshooting and maintenance of Primary and Secondary Equipment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTION: On-site regular, reliable attendance is required. Troubleshooting all primary and secondary equipment inside the outside of the building. Be able to startup and shut down Molding, Stamping and Assembly equipment as needed. Perform and Document scheduled preventive maintenance on all equipment inside and outside of the plant.

Requirements

  • Ability to read schematics.
  • Good understanding of various types of electronics.
  • Good understanding of Hydraulics.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • 5 years hands-on experience in a plant maintenance role.
  • Knowledge of Lock out Tag Out procedure.
  • Training on inspection equipment.
  • Blue Print reading.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001-2008 and ISO 13485-2003.
  • Understanding of Quality Policy.
  • Understanding of Safety.
  • Understanding of MSDS – Right to Know.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting all primary and secondary equipment inside and outside of the building.
