About The Position
Great Day Improvements LLC, the home to Patio Enclosures and Stanek Windows, is seeking Production Associates for their fast-growing Manufacturing facility in Macedonia, OH. This is a full-time position with paid training, offering an immediate hire for the 1st shift. The role involves a hands-on experience for professional success with excellent benefits, including health insurance, vacation time, and 401K. The 1st shift runs from 6 am to 2:30 pm.
Requirements
- Knowledge in the use of small hand tools.
- Ability in reading of written instructions and cut lists.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. as needed.
- Willingness to cross train into all areas of the plant.
- Problem solver and team player.
- Ability to multi-task, excel as a team player and upbeat in communications.
Nice To Haves
- Glass and door experience valued.
Responsibilities
- Cutting, processing and assembly of sunrooms components and windows.
- Making of a quality product in a safe and timely fashion.
- Working both independently and as a team player.
