Manufacturing Assembler (1st Shift)

Quantum Fuel Systems LLCLake Forest, CA
$21 - $28Onsite

About The Position

For over 25 years, Quantum Fuel Systems has been building the equipment that powers clean energy - compressed natural gas (CNG), renewable natural gas (RNG), and hydrogen storage systems and transport trailers used across the country. Based in Lake Forest, CA, our team designs and builds the real, physical products that help move the industry toward a cleaner future, and every part that goes out our doors is built by our manufacturing assembling team. The Manufacturing Assembler turns raw components into finished product: on schedule, to spec, and without cutting corners. We're looking for someone who's steady with their hands, comfortable following detailed work instructions, and reliable enough that the team can count on them shift after shift. You'll be assigned to one area, while also cross training across multiple processes: mechanical assembly, filament winding support, rotomold operations, so versatility and attention to detail matter here as much as speed.

  • Coachable and open to feedback, with a willingness to learn and improve
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout a shift
  • Ability to lift 25–60 pounds and push/pull up to 65–70 pounds of pressure occasionally
  • Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position.
