About The Position

Perform assembly, packaging, and shipping functions. Operate machines and equipment to fabricate parts for assembly and sub-assembly of parts. Complete required paperwork. This position is responsible for performing manufacturing assembly, sub-assembly, inspection, and packaging duties to assemble and ship medical devices following company policies and procedures. The role involves operating machines, loading/unloading parts, cutting/trimming parts, inspecting parts visually and using basic gauges, and completing all necessary paperwork. Maintaining organizational and cleanliness standards, and performing material handling duties are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

• Able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours at a time.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.

• 1 year manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing assembly, sub-assembly, inspection, and packaging duties to assemble and ship medical devices following company policies and procedures.
• Operate machine set up with defined adjustments and notify supervisor of any problems.
• Load/unload parts and cut/trim parts using established procedures and tools.
• Inspect parts - visual and using basic gages (go/no go).
• Complete required paperwork, including labels, production logs, process results records, etc.
• Sustain and maintain organizational and cleanliness standards.
• Complete material handling duties as needed to support production.
