Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assemble innerspring units by positioning and securing coils on hand-fed assembly machines
• Inspect coils to ensure they meet quality standards before assembly
• Operate assembly equipment to lace coils together and produce finished innerspring units
• Remove completed products and prepare the machine for the next production cycle
• Monitor the coiling machine to maintain production flow and quality
• Refill lubricants, clear minor wire tangles, and restart equipment as needed
• Perform basic machine shutdown procedures and help prevent equipment jams
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with additional production tasks as assigned
