About The Position

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Assembler for their facility in Sauk Rapids, MN. The Assembler will be responsible for performing a wide variety of fabrication functions in accordance with quality, quantity, and safety standards. This role involves accurately finishing window and patio door orders to meet or exceed production standards, following approved quality practices, and meeting production goals. The position requires flexibility to work in other departments as needed, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and engaging in cross-training to support production. The Assembler will work to an established rate defined by customer demand and standard work, and support a respectful workplace.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
Highly motivated, focused, organized employee who can work in a team environment or independently.
Be able to work in a safe manner and follow safe work practices and policies.
Engage in cross-training to maintain flexibility and adaptability to support production.
Support a respectful workplace.
