About The Position

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Window Assembler to perform a wide variety of fabrication functions in accordance with quality, quantity, and safety standards. The role involves accurately finishing window and patio door orders to meet or exceed production standards, following approved quality practices, and suggesting improvements. The assembler must meet production goals, be flexible to work in other departments as needed, and maintain a clean and organized work area. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist, and the candidate must be at least 18 years of age. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, focused, organized, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment. They must also be able to work safely, follow safety policies, and engage in cross-training to support production needs. The role involves working to an established rate defined by customer demand and standard work, and supporting a respectful workplace.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
