About The Position

OMNI Technologies is a manufacturing company specializing in compression molding, with a focus on high-volume, low-mix production. The Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by preparing materials, operating production equipment, and ensuring products meet company quality standards. The role requires following work instructions, interpreting prints and work orders, maintaining safe work practices, and contributing to efficient production flow while supporting overall production goals.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, prints, and work instructions.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production equipment.
Ability to follow schedules and production plans.
Strong attention to quality, safety, and detail.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Forklift certification required within the first year of employment.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret prints, blueprints, and work orders to complete assigned tasks accurately.
Perform mold changeovers, including interchangeable molds when required.
Apply and understand the use of different primers as part of the production process.
Operate high-pressure media and sandblasting equipment safely and effectively.
Follow the production planning schedule and complete tasks according to production priorities.
Maintain appropriate line-side inventory levels, adhering to MIN/MAX material stocking requirements.
Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts or other material handling equipment.
