About The Position

Nesco Resource is seeking Manufacturing Associates for a tier-one automotive supplier in Warren. This position is for the 2nd shift, which runs from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. Shifts are subject to run up to 10 hours and 7 days per week, and candidates must be open to overtime. The pay rate is $21 per hour.

Requirements

Ability to read hand gages such as micrometers, calipers, snap gages, and master gages
Ability to be productive within a team while maintaining an environment of general respect and integrity
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
Positive attitude
High-level of accountability
Mechanically inclined
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to work overtime, up to 12 hour shifts and/or weekends
Steel-toed footwear is required

Nice To Haves

Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Operate equipment to production standards while adhering to all safety and quality procedures and guidelines
Maintain clean and safe work area utilizing 5S methodologies
Support training and development of new team members
Record and maintain quality documentation
Ensure all product meets quality standards and is properly identified, tagged, logged, and stored
Other duties as assigned
