PT Manufacturing Associate; 2nd Shift

We are seeking individuals to join our manufacturing team as Part-Time Manufacturing Associates. This role blends hands-on cutting, winding, sewing and packaging responsibilities. - Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs. in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Sit or stand for the majority of the shift.
- Frequently bend, reach, twist, kneel, and squat.
- Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms.
- Safely operate hand tools and material handling equipment.
- Ability to learn and operate industrial sewing machines, cutters, and winders.
Responsibilities
- Read and understand work orders and audit orders for accuracy.
- Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble transportation tie-down straps.
- Meet daily productivity requirements while maintaining quality.
- Perform repetitive motions while seated for extended periods.
- Properly document, organize, and pack a variety of orders from a conveyor belt.
- Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform frequent bending, kneeling, standing, and squatting.
- Utilize NetSuite and ShipHawk to manage production records, enter completion data, build work orders, and update inventory.
- Follow Lean manufacturing principles and communicate effectively to maintain a smooth workflow.
