About The Position

We are seeking individuals to join our manufacturing team as Part-Time Manufacturing Associates. This role blends hands-on cutting, winding, sewing and packaging responsibilities. Responsibilities

  • Read and understand work orders and audit orders for accuracy.
  • Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble transportation tie-down straps.
  • Meet daily productivity requirements while maintaining quality.
  • Perform repetitive motions while seated for extended periods.
  • Properly document, organize, and pack a variety of orders from a conveyor belt.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform frequent bending, kneeling, standing, and squatting.
  • Utilize NetSuite and ShipHawk to manage production records, enter completion data, build work orders, and update inventory.
  • Follow Lean manufacturing principles and communicate effectively to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
