About The Position

Sheridan Liberty, part of the Sheridan Group, manufactures high-quality printed materials for publishers and organizations nationwide. The Manufacturing Associate works on a production floor creating books, catalogs, and other printed materials. The role is full-time on the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Training is provided, and the position offers opportunities to learn skilled equipment and advance.

Requirements

• Experience operating machinery in any industry, such as manufacturing, warehousing, or trades.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic tools.
• Ability to read basic job instructions and measurements, including decimals and sizes.
• Commitment to quality work.
• Reliability and ability to work well with a team.
• Ability to remain on your feet for most of the shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
