About The Position

The Manufacturing Associate I assembles components according to manufacturing work instructions and production efficiency and quality requirements. The role involves low-to-moderate assembly work in a fast-paced manufacturing and clean room environment, following written and verbal directions, established manufacturing standards, safety practices, and good manufacturing practices, including recordkeeping. The associate works with team members and may perform other related duties as required.

Duties are performed in a manufacturing/clean room setting. Personal protective equipment may be required depending on the work environment. The work may involve prolonged standing, sitting, or walking; repetitive motions and use of force; lifting 10–30 pounds; lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, and reaching; operating machinery; and using microscopes. The associate may work in the immediate vicinity of 70/30 isopropyl alcohol solution used to prepare work areas and during manufacturing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and comprehend written and verbal directions in English.

• Good judgment, a positive attitude, and a high level of initiative.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Good finger and hand dexterity.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
