About The Position
Looking for a hands-on role where your skills directly increase your pay? Join our manufacturing team and LEVEL UP through our Pay‑for‑Skill Program—earn more as you learn more. Starting wage $16.00 - $17.00. 4 skill levels = $1 more per hour at each level. 1st shift - 6:30a-3:00p. Good attendance is a MUST.
Requirements
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work scheduled shifts consistently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking throughout the shift
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Experience using handheld power tools accurately
Nice To Haves
- manufacturing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assemble furniture components for higher education and healthcare facilities
- Perform framing, fabricating, upholstering, base assembly, and sub-assembly work
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area, including daily cleaning and 5-S audits
- Follow all safety guidelines and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
