About The Position

This position involves performing core finishing operations, including Die Line, Tie Bar, and Flash Removal, as well as Core Prep operations for Wax Injection. A key responsibility is Quality Visual Inspection of product for defects. The role requires the ability to adhere to process documentation, operate machinery and tooling safely and efficiently, and possess strong mechanical aptitude. The ideal candidate will be open-minded, willing to learn, a strong team player, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Compliance with internal Safety and 6S Standards and a detailed-oriented approach are essential. A complete understanding of Core Finishing processes (levels I, II, and III) is expected.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with injection molding is a plus
  • Ability to learn and to operate all injection machines and perform all functions of wax injection operation to include placement of patterns in wax setters or fixtures after injection.
