As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll play a vital role in the production process, installing and testing components that bring our boats to life. Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various physical positions
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Climbing, kneeling, squatting, stretching, bending
- Working in confined or awkward spaces
- Lifting up to 80 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly (not required)
- Familiarity with power tools
- Ability to read and follow assembly diagrams
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Installing and testing marine components (rigging)
- Operating power tools: screw guns, drills, caulk guns, grinders
- Collaborating with engineers and managers to solve challenges
- Ensuring all components meet our high standards
