Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to assemble complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic subsystems.
• Proficiency in using small hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer operating experience.

Nice To Haves

• Proven mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of soldering techniques, plumbing or piping systems, and electro-mechanical components.
• Willingness to work overtime to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Complete assembly tasks using work instructions and verbal guidance.
• Report unsafe conditions or hazards to the supervisor.
• Participate in quality checks, audits, and inspections.
• Engage in quality and productivity improvement activities.
• Report injuries and participate in accident investigations.
• Operate basic computer programs as necessary.
• Complete required documentation, including time sheets and supply issues.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to maintain documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet customer needs.
