About The Position

The Assembler assembles and tests products and troubleshoots and resolves issues. This is an entry-level position requiring a high school diploma or equivalent. The role involves assembling components across all Product Lines, testing products, maintaining labor records, and using the Manufacturing System’s guiding principles and tools to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, drawings, and written procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly environment.
• Experience operating production equipment or machinery.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong hand-eye coordination.
• Good manual dexterity for handling small parts and performing assembly work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components of all Product Lines, selecting the correct tools and fixtures.
• Test assembled products and troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with assembly and testing.
• Read blueprints, identify components, use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques, and operate equipment while dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
• Create labor records for all transactions.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
