About The Position

Falls Filtration Technologies is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Assembly / Production Associate to join its manufacturing team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well with others, and is committed to producing quality products in a safe and efficient environment.

The role involves assembling components and finished products according to work instructions and production requirements, using tools and equipment safely, inspecting products for quality, and helping meet production goals. The employee will maintain a safe and organized work area, report defects and equipment or quality concerns to a supervisor, follow company safety procedures, and assist with other production duties as assigned.

The position requires standing and walking for extended periods, bending, reaching, performing repetitive assembly tasks, and lifting and moving materials within established requirements. Duties must be performed safely in a manufacturing environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and properly.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or quality concerns to a supervisor.
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other production duties as assigned.
