About The Position

Canterbury is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Administrator to support the Manufacturing team at our Richmond branch for a 12–month contract. The Manufacturing Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the production team by maintaining accurate records, coordinating information across departments, and supporting day-to-day manufacturing activities. This role consolidates production and inventory data, maintains manufacturing documentation, and assists with administrative and compliance processes within the production environment. The role also supports process improvement initiatives and helps ensure manufacturing records align with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative, operations, or manufacturing support role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience maintaining organized documentation, records, and reports.
  • The ability to work with data from multiple sources and consolidate it into clear, accurate reports.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams such as Production, Inventory, Purchasing, or Planning.
