About The Position

Under the direction of the Plant Manager, this position provides administrative support to the Operations Team. You will have the opportunity to prepare correspondence, reports, PowerPoint presentations & spreadsheets. Supports various departments including, but not limited to EHS, HR, Quality, Plant Management, and Maintenance. Oversee visitor training. Assists in all aspects of planning meetings and conferences, including meeting room selection, travel arrangements, lodging, dining, cost analysis, and expense report creation. Creates and/or maintains training documents.

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma or GED
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and e-mail required
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate well with employees at every level in both written and oral formats
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced setting
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under deadlines
  • Export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology which comes under the licensing jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the U.S. Department of Commerce, Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The candidate selected will have to qualify as either a U.S. citizen, a U.S. National, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a Person Admitted into the U.S. as an Asylee or Refugee., a National of a country that is not prohibited from having access to U.S. controlled technology (via a letter of assurance), or a Person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction.
