About The Position

This role involves manual testing of web applications. The tester will be responsible for writing and executing system test plans, performing manual testing, creating test plans to ensure applications meet requirements and design specifications, and documenting bugs and insufficiencies. The position also includes assisting with the development of user testing scripts for User Acceptance Testing. The testing is entirely manual, and the team uses Microsoft Team Foundation Services (TFS) to document test cases and programming tasks.

Requirements

• Experience manually performing testing on a web application.
• Ability to read and execute the steps of a manual testing script, and verify outcomes.
• Ability to write testing plans according to identified standards.
• Ability to identify and document bugs or insufficiencies in a web application.
• Familiarity with documenting requirements in Microsoft Team Foundation Server.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with web application software development projects using .Net.

Responsibilities
