About The Position

Door Controls USA is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to help drive sales growth for our manual door hardware products. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping customers find the right hardware solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable with outbound sales and excited to grow their product knowledge.

Requirements

2–4 years of inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software preferred
High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience with manual door hardware or related building products is preferred
Proven success with outbound calling and business development is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers to promote DCM closers, hinges, locks, pivots, exit devices, and accessories
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive customer outreach
Prepare, present, and follow up on quotes to generate and close sales
Build strong customer relationships through regular communication and account management
Develop a strong understanding of our product line to recommend hardware based on customer needs
Work closely with Outside Sales Representatives to support key accounts and new business opportunities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, calls, quotes, and opportunities in the CRM
Participate in sales meetings and share feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
Partner with Marketing to support campaigns, product launches, and promotional efforts
