Based in our Forney, Texas location, you will serve as the on-site Manhattan WMS Administrator, supporting warehouse operations through system administration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. If you have experience with Warehouse Management Systems, SQL, and production support, and if you are a collaborative problem solver who enjoys working closely with operations teams, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on system performance, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with a strong preference for Manhattan experience.
  • Understanding of core WMS concepts such as locating, allocation, and data flow across integrated systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience in production support and incident management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and follow through on incident reports from initiation to resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and close issues.
  • Understanding of data flow within integrated systems, including WMS logic and end-to-end system functionality.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
  • Legal work authorization in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Manhattan WMS, including a high-level understanding of configuration and functionality.
  • Strong SQL capabilities
  • Data base administration experience
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Knowledge of ISO QMS

Responsibilities

  • Be the on-site subject matter expert for WMS and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to warehouse staff
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Ability to analyze and understand the business needs and objectives
  • Ability to provide coaching to supervisors, floor users, coordinators
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to enhance system performance
  • Document the design and analysis of process flows for future reference and maintenance
  • Other duties/projects as assigned
