About The Position
The Functional Template Consultant OMS will provide hands-on configuration, maintenance, testing, and continuous improvement of the client’s global Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO) template. The role supports the client’s global NEXTGEN transformation program, which includes implementation of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management and Manhattan Active Order Management. Working under the client’s functional direction, priorities, and delivery governance as an extension of its Global IT Center of Excellence, the consultant will follow approved functional designs, architecture principles, configuration guardrails, testing standards, and deployment processes. The consultant translates business functionality and template requirements into standardized, reusable, and maintainable MAO configuration, and supports implementation teams through configuration expertise, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer. The role requires practical knowledge of Manhattan Active OMS configuration, the order management lifecycle, and tools used to manage, validate, and deploy system configuration. Requirements
