About The Position
At Havenova Home Care Solutions, we believe compassionate care helps individuals live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. We are currently seeking Mandarin Chinese-speaking caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to support clients who prefer care in their native language.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (required)
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification or HHA certificate (preferred)
- Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals (preferred)
- Reliable transportation (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support (Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Mobility support
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Communicate clearly with families and care coordinators
- Deliver reliable, on-time care
