Leakproof Piping System Inc. is a joint venture established by Li Jie Industrial Co., Ltd. and another Taiwan-based engineering company. With over 20 years of experience in Taiwan, Li Jie Industrial specializes in pipeline system installation and maintenance, as well as engineering plastic materials. As we establish our presence in the U.S., we are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey of growth and innovation. We are seeking a Safety Coordinator to support the implementation and monitoring of site safety programs for our engineering projects. This role is essential in helping maintain a safe work environment, coordinating safety training, and assisting the Safety Officer and project teams. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in Safety, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in safety coordination or related support role
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements, PPE protocols, and safety documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 10/30, CPR, First Aid) are required

Nice To Haves

• Additional relevant certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily safety walk-throughs and reporting safety observations
• Coordinate safety trainings and ensure proper documentation
• Maintain and organize safety logs, checklists, and safety data sheets (SDS)
• Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local safety regulations
• Assist in incident investigations and follow-up procedures
• Facilitate bilingual communication of safety information and policies
• Promote a culture of safety and encourage reporting of near-misses
