We are seeking dependable Customer Support Representatives fluent in both English and Mandarin to join our team on-site in Dagupan. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their eWallet accounts through live chat, phone, and email. No background in finance is needed (but it is beneficial). We provide full, paid training. What matters most is that you communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail, and genuinely like helping people. You will be supporting a FinTech company that helps e-commerce businesses and multinational companies manage their global payments and financial operations. Their platform serves clients in more than 60 countries, and the support team plays a key role in maintaining those relationships.
