About The Position

Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere (and Online). We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes. We are currently looking for a freelance Mandarin Chinese Teacher for one of our clients in Corpus Christi, United States. The course type is General, with a one-to-one format, totaling 102 hours. Each session is two-hours long and will be held at the teacher's home/office in Corpus Christi. The student is a beginner, aged 65 and over, interested in the culture, future travel plans to China, and communication with friends in China. The student's schedule is once per week, on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 3 pm. The preferred start date is 2026-10-05.

Requirements

• Native Mandarin Chinese speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
• Experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
• Have a valid work permit/visa
• Live within 20 miles of Corpus Christi, United States

Responsibilities
