About The Position

The Centers, a comprehensive behavioral health provider, has launched the Glick Recovery Campus (GRC) and is seeking a passionate, experienced, and visionary Managing Nurse Practitioner. This role is a dynamic and impactful clinical leadership position on the GRC campus, overseeing and elevating all Nurse Practitioner services. The Managing Nurse Practitioner will work directly with the Medical Director and Chair of Psychiatry and will act as the Medical Director when needed. This position is for an individual who leads from the front, enjoys working with people, and is committed to providing competent, compassionate, and courageous care during individuals' most vulnerable moments.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited school with appropriate training as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
  • Current Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification required
  • Current and unrestricted Ohio RN and APRN licensure required; compact licensure preferred
  • Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority required
  • Completed required training to prescribe medications for opioid use disorder
  • Minimum 7 years of nursing or advanced practice clinical experience with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Minimum 3 years of prescriber experience in crisis services; behavioral health, psychiatric care, or substance use treatment required
  • 2 years of demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience in behavioral health required
