This position is located in our New York office, with three days on-site (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and a team flex day) and two days remote. Requirements

  • Significant journalistic experience in a B2B market, ideally with a relevant focus for Campaign’s audience
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism or related field
  • Team management experience
  • Ability to work effectively and provide direction and leadership to a team under stringent deadline requirements
  • Ability and willingness to collaborate closely with colleagues in the US and Canada and the wider global Campaign content team and business leads
  • Demonstrable ability to manage financial resources, budgetary planning, and prioritization of projects, editorial production, and activities
  • An inquiring mind is essential, alongside ambition and journalistic flair.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the team of talented reporters creating highly engaging online content that supports the business strategy of the brand globally.
  • Produce and edit content.
  • Ongoing enhancement of our editorial offerings.
  • Producing content that increases paid engagement and boosts visibility to draw in new audiences.
  • Monitoring editorial performance against business KPIs (e.g. new registrations, logged in users, weighted engagement scores etc) and responding accordingly.
  • Expand Campaign's editorial content across various multimedia platforms, including developing podcasts, webinars, and video services.
  • Actively support the brand's increasing presence at live events in the US.
  • Moderate panels and host awards ceremonies.
  • Manage the budget for content.
  • Coordinate the team's participation in industry events, both globally and domestically.
