About The Position

We are looking for a US Copy Editor who is detail-driven, collaborative, and quality-focused to join us in our US Clearance team, based in our Atlanta, GA office. As a US Copy Editor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the editorial and technical accuracy of U.S. promotional and non-promotional materials. You will review print and digital content to ensure it meets internal standards, external guidelines, and brand requirements prior to release. You will also contribute to evolving editorial best practices and support continuous improvements in content quality. You will work closely with the US editorial team and US content clearance team, and collaborate with internal partners across marketing, medical, regulatory, and legal functions. Together, you will ensure content is accurate, consistent, and delivered on time. You may also support or guide others to strengthen writing quality and messaging across materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3–5 years of professional editorial experience
• Excellent grammar, writing, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to complete reviews on deadline
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Experience using content or document review platforms
