About The Position

ECI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director for the West Region. This role is crucial for developing and executing business strategies, providing strategic guidance to executive leadership, and driving profitable growth and operational excellence. The Managing Director will ensure compliance with company policies, build strong client relationships, and lead and mentor senior leaders and regional teams. This position holds full P&L responsibility, requiring expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue attainment. The role involves monitoring KPIs and collaborating across matrixed teams to achieve organizational objectives, while also fostering employee engagement and a culture of accountability. Regular travel throughout the region is expected to strengthen client relationships and support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience within an MSP or related technology services environment.
  • Minimum 7 years of people leadership experience, including leadership of leaders.
  • Strong business acumen with proven strategic planning and operational leadership capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing service delivery organizations.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and change management skills.
  • Executive presence with a proven ability to influence and lead at all organizational levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Process improvement and performance optimization experience; Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
