The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation (AMBFF) is seeking a Managing Director for Mental Health and Well-Being to play a central role in the Foundation’s grantmaking and on the Foundation’s senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead an important program and a newly approved strategy focused on supporting flourishing mental health and well-being for young people aged 0-18. The leader will deepen the Foundation’s learning and impact agenda, working closely with the Founder and family members passionate about this field to execute a strategy for meaningful and enduring change. The role involves leading a small program team, overseeing diligence, execution, and evaluation of the Mental Health and Well-Being portfolio. The position is based in Atlanta, with work spanning nationally. The Managing Director reports to the President of AMBFF and has a dotted line report to the Managing Director, Effective Philanthropy and Learning (EPAL). The role requires a leader in philanthropic practice with a service mindset, diplomacy, and the ability to act as a thought partner during critical moments of change, enhancing efforts through partnerships with key stakeholders, including the Blank Family of Businesses (BFOB).
