To provide human resources leadership related to employee relations and all personnel matters. This role requires strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple parties to solve problems and resolve conflict. The Managing Director will analyze organizational needs, research options, and collaborate to implement strategies. They will also guide the implementation and assess the effectiveness of districtwide initiatives, interpret policy, and possess knowledge of Texas school employment law and hearing procedures. Successful experience with interviewing, selecting, and training staff is essential.
