About The Position

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This position will lead the advisory team, drive strategic initiatives, and manage key client relationships at the highest level. This includes navigating the complexities of the global financial landscape to maintain the Bank's competitive edge in treasury and payment solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Global Treasury Payments OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Global Treasury Payment

Responsibilities

Develop and execute long-term strategies to profitably grow market share and profitability in global treasury and payments services.
Drive innovation in product development and service delivery to meet evolving client needs.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align treasury and payments strategies with overall bank objectives.
Serve as the primary advisor to top-tier global clients on complex treasury and payment strategies.
Lead high-level client engagements and strategic discussions.
Identify and pursue significant cross-selling and business development opportunities.
Lead and inspire a team of treasury and payments professionals across multiple regions.
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
Oversee risk management practices and ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
Participate in industry forums and regulatory discussions to shape the future of treasury and payments services.
Collaborate with internal risk and compliance teams to maintain robust governance frameworks.
