About The Position

At Bank of America, the US Wire Product Management team, part of the International Payments team, is responsible for the end-to-end management and development of the US Wire Payments Product for the Global Payments Solutions (GPS) business. This team manages a US Wire product platform utilized by all eight lines of business at the bank and is essential for other bank products and services like FX, cross-border RTP, Trade, Liquidity, and Global Markets. The team also oversees and executes large-scale industry initiatives, including ISO 20022 implementation and 24x7x365 cross-border payments processing. They support various GPS corporate and commercial client segments, such as multinational corporates, non-bank financial institutions, commercial/middle market, specialty industries (gig economy, fintechs), iconic tech companies, and business banking clients. This role is a key member of the US Wire Product Team, supporting the head of US Wire Product and other senior product managers in initiatives like delivering industry-wide payments market infrastructure changes and creating product strategies for senior executives and stakeholders. The global payments business is currently undergoing significant changes and evolution, making this an opportune time to join the team and gain exposure to senior management and career development by managing the US Wire product for one of the world's largest global USD clearers.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Ability to coordinate across various functions and regions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities are often shifted and time-sensitive initiatives are brought in
• Attention to details and rigorous focus on accuracy of deliverables
• Bachelor's degree required

• Some experience with treasury payments products

• Some experience with analyzing and reporting business financials

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating and maintaining product risk routines (e.g. managing collection of risk metrics and KPIs)
• Work closely with operational, technical, and compliance partners to collaborate on cross-functional projects
• Assist with data/analytics for product performance
• Assist with developing business cases to support technology and operational changes to improve product profitability and win market shares
