PA is seeking a Managing Consultant to grow and deliver its Digital Trust & Cyber Security work in the United States, with relevant market experience in Utilities, Energy, or Transport. The role applies sector insight to cyber security, resilience, critical infrastructure, and emerging technology risks affecting complex and operationally critical services. The consultant will work with senior clients to understand priorities, shape opportunities, and turn risks into practical action. A particular focus is post-quantum cryptography (PQC): helping clients understand exposure, assess critical systems and trust dependencies, set priorities, and plan a managed transition. The role combines market development, senior client engagement, commercial contribution, consulting delivery, and team leadership. The consultant will work across PA, US go-to-market teams, and Jacobs, and is expected to align with PA’s Digital & Data stream while supporting the wider Digital Trust & Cyber Security and Jacobs growth agenda. The position includes shaping and leading PQC-readiness work such as executive briefings, assessments, prioritization, and roadmaps; applying security-architecture thinking to cryptographic assets, trust relationships, technology, and supplier dependencies; and connecting sector and operational context with specialist expertise across PA and Jacobs. The Managing Consultant will oversee delivery, lead and develop teams, support pursuits, and contribute to propositions and repeatable capabilities that meet client needs and support commercial growth.
