About The Position
Wipro Limited is a technology services and consulting company that provides consulting, design, engineering, and operations capabilities to support clients’ digital transformation needs. The Managing Consultant will advise executive stakeholders on Market Risk, VaR, and CTRM transformation initiatives; manage senior client relationships; and lead commercial discussions, proposals, solution shaping, and executive presentations. The role defines target-state operating models, risk architectures, and transformation roadmaps aligned with client objectives. The position leads the design and implementation of enterprise Market Risk solutions, including VaR, stress testing, scenario analysis, exposure management, and risk reporting. It also supports integration of risk platforms with CTRM ecosystems such as Endur, RightAngle, and other trading systems, and advises on risk data management, valuation, position management, analytics, risk governance, model validation, regulatory compliance, and controls. The Managing Consultant leads complex, multi-million-dollar transformation programs spanning trading, risk, logistics, scheduling, settlement, and analytics. The role translates executive vision and business requirements into scalable solution architectures and implementation roadmaps, oversees requirements workshops and solution assessments, and ensures delivery through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill: ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management).
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on Market Risk, VaR, and CTRM transformation initiatives.
- Build and manage senior client relationships to drive engagement growth, account expansion, and long-term partnerships.
- Lead commercial discussions, proposal development, solution shaping, and executive-level presentations.
- Define target-state operating models, risk architectures, and transformation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Market Risk solutions, including VaR, stress testing, scenario analysis, exposure management, and risk reporting.
- Drive integration of risk platforms with CTRM ecosystems such as Endur, RightAngle, and other trading systems.
- Establish best practices for risk data management, valuation, position management, and analytics frameworks.
- Advise clients on risk governance, model validation, regulatory compliance, and controls.
- Lead complex, multi-million-dollar transformation programs across trading, risk, logistics, scheduling, settlement, and analytics domains.
- Translate executive vision and business requirements into scalable solution architectures and implementation roadmaps.
- Oversee requirements workshops, operating model assessments, fit-gap analyses, and solution design reviews.
- Ensure successful execution across design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
