About The Position

Managing Consultant - Staffing New York | 💰 $80,000–$125,000 + commission (OTE $135,000–$155,000) Hybrid: In office Tuesday–Thursday | WFH Monday & Friday At Joss Search, we’re not your standard recruitment firm. Now, we’re growing our New York office and looking for a Managing Consultant to play a pivotal role in shaping the team’s success. The role This is a genuine player-coach opportunity. You’ll continue to generate your own revenue while also stepping into a leadership role driving team performance, developing consultants, and contributing to the wider growth of the office. Requirements

• A strong track record in recruitment (ideally within professional services or similar high-value markets)
• Experience managing or mentoring others or a clear desire to step into leadership alongside proven experience delivering
• Commercial mindset with confidence in client-facing and business development activity
• High standards, accountability, and a genuine interest in developing people
