About The Position

We are seeking experienced Managing Consultants to support one of our investment bank clients with a strategic program focused on strengthening operational controls, improving margin call and payment accuracy, and embedding sustainable process improvements. We are seeking strong Business Analysts with a proven background in Banking Operations and Change Management, capable of: Conducting current-state process assessments and process mapping Designing target-state operating models and process flows Documenting business processes, controls, and requirements to a high standard Driving process improvement and control enhancement initiatives Managing stakeholders across Operations, Change, and Business teams.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience within Financial Services Operations, ideally Investment Banking
• Strong Business Analysis and process mapping expertise
• Experience delivering change and process improvement initiatives
• Understanding of operational controls, risk, and governance
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Valid work authorization for the US is mandatory.

Nice To Haves

• Margin operations experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Exposure to project management is beneficial but not a primary requirement.
