About The Position

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC seeks a Managing Attorney for its high-volume Minnesota foreclosure practice. The position involves client contact and a high-volume workload, supporting the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments and helping ensure high-quality work product, client outcomes, and compliance with firm policies and procedures. The attorney will monitor case progress, develop strategies to bring files to resolution, build client relationships, and work with and assist in supervising paralegals and support staff.

The firm specializes in creditors’ rights and real estate law and describes its environment as fast-paced, collaborative, and performance-driven, with opportunities to handle complex legal matters and develop professionally.

Requirements

• Detailed knowledge of law and extensive experience in creditors’ rights legal representation, including real estate, foreclosure, and litigation.
• Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters.
• Knowledge of federal and state consumer protection statutes.
• Admitted to the Minnesota Bar for at least 8 years.
• At least 8 years of experience in creditors’ rights.
• High degree of professionalism.
• Creative problem-solving, client-development, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Intermediate to advanced computer and general office skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and through written and electronic correspondence.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Membership in the Minnesota Bar.

Responsibilities

• Assist the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments.
• Work with and assist in supervising paralegals and support staff.
• Maintain high-quality work product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensuring firm policies and procedures are followed.
• Monitor case progress and develop strategies to bring files to resolution.
