About The Position

The 2nd shift Manager will oversee the daily operations of the different sites we service to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. You will make sure all clients are satisfied, inspections are completed on schedule, all matters are communicated appropriately with employees/management/clients, and each client facility is secured at the end of each shift. Additionally, you will oversee all Floor cleaning for the company. You will ensure all deadlines are met and cleaning is done to the client's expectations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience supervising a work crew is required.
  • Experience effectively managing teams: solid staff retention, counseling and developing team members, etc.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Resourceful team player with a positive outlook and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to set production goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) proficiency is required.
  • Ability to motivate an effective team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the commercial cleaning industry is a big plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.
  • Measures productivity by analyzing performance data and activity reports.
  • Coordinates with other support departments to ensure successful production operations.
  • Ensures all SOW metrics are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Coordinates with sales departments to determine staffing and organization of assets.
  • Responsible for training of all new hires as well as annual training.
  • Responsible for tracking and ordering supplies.
  • Assists with, or prepares and updates, the organization's operations manual and policies.
  • Reviewing and correcting timecards on a daily basis.
  • Relationship management.
  • Perform duties of subordinates as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
