About The Position

Copeland’s of New Orleans is seeking a Manager to support the General Manager and daily restaurant operations. The Manager serves as a positive role model for the company’s core values, instills those values in team members, and helps maintain a fun, innovative, and rewarding environment. Copeland’s is a family-run restaurant legacy focused on made-from-scratch dishes using fresh local ingredients.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to foster team collaboration and pride.
• Strong people-management and communication skills.
• Focus on lifelong learning and commitment to excellence.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar applications.
• Experience with staff development and retention.

Responsibilities

• Uphold and enforce Copeland’s systems, standards, routines, and recipes.
• Forecast and ensure cost-effective inventory and production operations.
• Report to and support the General Manager in achieving daily goals.
• Support and maximize team productivity.
• Attract and recruit new team members.
• Enhance guest experiences and customer satisfaction.
• Meet cleanliness and safety standards for staff and guests.
