About The Position

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager in Cincinnati, Ohio, within Strategy, Growth, and Transformation | Enterprise Technology Strategy and Transformation. The role manages software advisory and implementation services, helping clients realize value from technology investments through discrete services or comprehensive solutions. It evaluates organizational technology needs, develops strategies to improve profitability, and designs and implements plans for regulatory compliance and business growth.

The Manager oversees day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, develops relationships with key client decision makers, contributes to proposal development and pricing strategies, and provides coaching and leadership to staff and delivery teams. The role also supports recruiting and retention, improves internal processes, and promotes knowledge sharing and market eminence.

The position requires 50% national travel. Telecommuting is permitted. The role requires specified experience managing PLM advisory and implementation work for Consumer and Life Sciences and Health Care clients, along with enterprise PLM delivery, requirements gathering, team supervision, and Agile project management.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in any STEM field or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive related work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience using 3DExperience, Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and SAP PLM to manage software advisory and implementation services for Consumer and Life Sciences and Health Care clients.
• At least 3 years of experience managing all phases of PLM project delivery and the Software Development Life Cycle for designing, developing, testing, and implementing 3DExperience, Oracle Agile PLM, and SAP PLM for enterprise-level clients.
• At least 3 years of experience analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support future-state designs, using Maturity Assessment and As-Is and To-Be Process Assessments.
• At least 3 years of experience supervising teams focused on blueprinting and engagement design.
• At least 3 years of experience gathering and analyzing functional and technical requirements with client stakeholders and translating them into project designs through in-person and virtual cross-functional workshops.
• At least 3 years of experience managing project responsibilities for cross-functional onshore and offshore teams using Agile Methodology.
• Ability to travel nationally 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a counselor and coach; participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.
• Provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
• Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing through the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
• Manage PLM project delivery and the Software Development Life Cycle for enterprise clients.
• Analyze and document current-state systems, processes, and environments to support future-state project design.
• Supervise teams focused on engagement blueprinting and design.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into project designs through cross-functional workshops.
• Manage cross-functional onshore and offshore team members' project responsibilities using Agile methodology.
