About The Position

EY Parthenon - EYP – Digital Infrastructure - Manager - Multiple Positions – 1705083, Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Boston, MA. Lead teams with assisting companies in defining profitable business models and determining where to allocate capital. Responsible for translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables. Manage day-to-day problem-solving and team analytical activities and serve as the key liaison between consulting team members, EY-Parthenon partners, and our clients. Mentor and develop junior team members. Support the growth of the business by working alongside partners on new opportunities with potential clients, including preparing for and participating in pitch meetings, creating proposals, and working on the sales process. Develop long-term strategies for organizations, evaluating potential business acquisitions, developing new marketing channel strategies, reducing operating costs, and evaluating new business ventures. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Applied Math, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Economics, Business, Urban Spatial Analytics or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.
  • Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Math, Applied Math, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, Economics, Business, Urban Spatial Analytics or a related field or a related field and 3 years of related experience.
  • 2 years of experience managing business strategy projects in professional services firm.
  • 2 years of combined experience working with telecommunications and/or digital infrastructure business as a strategy or management consultant with value chain experience.
  • 3 years of experience making detailed assessments of industry products, markets, customers and competitors and identify risks and opportunities.
  • 2 years of experience leading teams conducting data analysis on complex assignments and overseeing staff members.
  • 1 year of experience in mergers and acquisitions, which includes experience in one or a combination of any of the following: buy-side commercial due diligence or sell-side commercial due diligence.
  • Requires travel up to 25%, of which 5% may be international, to serve client needs.
  • Must be a "United States worker" as defined by the U.S. Department of Labor regulations at 20 CFR 656.3.
